Results Transformation Center- Folsom is honored to have the Benavides couple as our February members of the month. Melody Benavides came to Results in April of 2018 after seeing great transformations from her co-workers. She signed and completed a couple challenges and has lost over 40 pounds- going from a size 14 to a size 6! It wasn't long before Melody brought her husband Tony to a Friends & Family weekend where he fell in love with the high intensity workouts and signed up for a challenge himself! Since day one Tony has been one of the hardest working individuals in class, pushing himself daily and inspiring his other 5am FitFam to squat a little lower and a lift heavier. Tony himself has dropped 4 pant sizes. Before he could barely do 3 pull ups and is now on track to complete 10!! The Benavides couple work hard to make their health and fitness a priority. With their kid’s busy schedule, they know the only way to get their workouts in are in the mornings. Often you will see Tony leave early from 5am and Melody rushing in at 6am. Their motto is; early bird gets the worm! It's not always easy and they aren't always motivated but they hold each other accountable to stay consistent and it's paying off because they are both in the best shape of their lives!
