Sue joined Results to lose weight, get healthy, and to feel better about herself. Since she’s been with us, she’s gained all that plus more! She says losing weight has been life changing. It’s given her so much more energy, self-confidence, and she actually looks forward to doing any and all outdoor activities. Sue has been with us for 2 years and 4 months and has lost over 85lbs. She has had the privilege to inspire many with her fitness journey. And even though she has gained some weight back here and there she continues to remind herself and others that struggle with the same thing that losing weight and stay healthy is a constant work in progress. Just like everything else in life! Sue says she’s a cardio girl and the day she looks forward to most, is our wonderful Tabata Days. If you ever want to catch a workout with Sue come visit her bright and early at the 530AM session. If you’re having a hard time deciding if a challenge is for you or not sure what goals you should create for yourself next Sue says “Leap and the net will appear”.
