Meet Shawn and DeAnna Kennedy. This powerhouse couple have been married since 2001. Tired of feeling and living an Unhealthy life, DeAnna encouraged Shawn that they should both try out Results after being referred by her friend Tasha. One 28-day challenge and 11 months later they are feeling better than ever. DeAnna has found working out helps manage her stress and has given her more confidence. Shawn has lost over 100lbs and can sumo deadlift 205lbs. This dynamic duo keeps each other motivated and accountable through encouragement and kisses. According to Shawn if he does an exceptionally good job, instead of a high five or a fist bump, he gets a smack on the butt that he worked so hard for. Without a doubt they are couple goals for sure.
