Megan and Rob Pena from Arden

There’s only ONE thing better than working at Club Arden, and that’s working out with your BFF at Club Arden!  We want extend congratulations to Megan and Rob Pena.  They’ve been members of Club Arden for a year and half Rob and Megan Pena, both wanted to get into better shape, and they knew having coaches there every day to push them and tell them what to do was a huge benefit of the gym.  They thought it would be fun and motivating to share the journey together.  Megan works doing audit defense, helping taxpayers who are being audited by the IRS or state taxing agencies.  Rob works inside sales for Mattress Firm online via live chat.  They love to hike, and travel around the world and are obsessed with their two dogs Zara and Ziggy. The impact it’s had on them is immeasurable to quote Megan, “We have made so many friends!  Working out is such a stress reliever and makes you feel so good about yourself when you're done.  It's fun and encouraging to be doing this together and it’s exciting to see how far we can push ourselves.  We are so proud of each other!” Rob loves the energy and the uniqueness of the workouts.  “It's challenging and fun.  It's nice to work towards your goals with likeminded people.” Megan likes that she never feels like she MUST go to the gym, she GETS to go to the gym.  “It's challenging everyday but the relationships I have built and the friends she’s made it an outlet to blow off the energy from my day and reset my mind.” They both love how amazing the coaches are and how much they care about them.  Also, that they know what we are capable of and call us out if we are lifting anything less " They are both avid MyZone users Rob's MyZone name is Robeezy and he likes it because it makes him feel youthful.  While Megan’s MyZone name is Peaches - 6pm renamed their MyZones to all food names to mess with Coach Love, and she can't be Peaches without her 'n Cream (her accountability buddy Nicki Croly January MOM) For Rob his proudest moment was, coming back and being consistent, while Megan is showing her inner Arden Mode Deadlifting 235!  “I definitely would have never known I was able to do this without the 5:30pm crew cheering me on!"  some of their favorites in the gym consist of for Rob - Squats and shoulder presses, and AMRAP's for Rob and, Deadlifts, Snatches, and EMOM's for Megan.
