Our member of the month is Lisa Sheaffer (MyZone name Timer). Lisa currently works as a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep in the Northern California/Nevada regions. She came to Results January of 2017 as a 6 Week Challenger and fell in love with the program, the motivational environment and the positive culture. She found that becoming part of the Results fitfam was the jump start she needed to escape the slump she found herself in and learned to push herself past her limitations.
Lisa has reached her goals because of her willingness to ‘make it work’, to push harder, lift heavier, and to never give up – which carries over into her daily life! Because she already CRUSHES it in her workouts, her next goal is to challenge herself to participate in her first ever triathlon. “Results is the best gift I could have given myself because it was the place where my goals were met and where everyone pushes you and celebrates your success.
