LaWanda Loken first ventured on the Results website and saw all the transformations and said to herself, “I want to be like them.” Little did she know, that she would become one of those individuals everyone looks at as a huge motivation and inspiration. Lawanda mentioned that she needed structure, support, and was tired of making excuses and Results was exactly what she was looking for and she hasn’t looked back since. She is an RN and has raised two beautiful children which she adores. She also has a Jack Russell Terrier who keeps her on her toes named Buster, after Buster Posey of course. Lawanda loves baseball and football. Her favorite teams are the SF Giants and SF 49ers, and yes she is from San Francisco!! She loves going on new adventures, getting in a good laugh, or just putting on some music and dancing it out. Weezy is her MyZone name.
Lawanda is always pushing her limits and challenges herself, she is her biggest competition! You can always catch her smiling during her workouts and cheering on her FITFAM. The biggest impact Results has had on her is the response she gets from her patients on her transformation, since she started on her weight loss journey it has motivated her patients to get more fit. “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you” is Lawanda’s favorite quote. She loves strength training! Lawanda has been able to graduate to the pull up bar and has lost over 40 lbs! Great Job Lawanda!!
