We are super excited to have Yoko as the member of the month. She shows what it takes to reach her goals and fcompleted a Spartan double trifecta this last November!! She always comes in early to warm up and stays late to foam roll.
Those of us at Results West Sacramento couldn’t ask for a better member. She inspires so many people with her positive energy. We are so extremely proud of her.
