John first found Results in September of 2016 by way of the Results 6 Week 20 lb Challenge! He successfully completed it, and couldn’t get enough so he decided to continue as a member of our Fit Fam. His Myzone name is “HellRazr” and it certainly fits his personality. John has said that Results has given him a completely different perspective on exercise and nutrition. He went from a person who hated exercise where he questioned why people would run when they have driver’s licenses, to a guy who feels incomplete when he misses a workout!
John always works hard, LOVES to lift heavy, and is a positive influence to those around him! He has a wonderful and supportive wife and family, and is a great part of our Results family as well. John’s favorite quote is “Arrive. Raise Hell. Leave.” He goes hard THEN goes home!
