March 10th Message

At Results Transformation Center, we strive to be the best part of our members day, every day.

By now all of us have not been able to turn on the news or social media without hearing about the Coronavirus (COVID-19).  The purpose of this message is to share our plans and instructions regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Big Picture

We are following precautionary actions to protect our ability to serve our clients and safeguard our Team Members.

Source of Information

The website of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) provides valuable information. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html Simply click on the link above to learn more.

What can you do to prevent illness?

We encourage you to follow the prevention steps outlined by the CDC.

What is Results Transformation Center doing?

As part of our commitment to take precautionary actions to protect our ability to safely serve our Members and safeguard our Team Members, we are taking the following steps:

Club Sanitation. As always, we encourage all team members and clients to wash their hands and when they cannot use the available hand sanitizer.

Our clubs are cleaned throughout the day and between shifts.     As an extra measure of precaution our facility team will increase our cleaning visits at all of our Clubs and treating the Clubs and equipment with additional germ sanitizing agents.   We will also be doing additional cleanings during off hours and weekends to keep the facilities as clean as possible.

What we are requesting of all RTC Members and  Members:

If you’re sick, stay home. In line with our respect and value for your health and the health of others stay home, get some rest and come back when you feel better!

Always bring a towel, water bottle & consider bringing your own yoga mat for floor work.

Equipment.  There are wipes in every Club. Please feel free to wipe down your area, bike, dumbbells and kettlebells before and/or after use.

During this period of extra vigilance, we will change some of our rituals to reduce the amount of person to person contact during and after workouts.  Don’t worry, we have some cool class ending chants that don’t require you to be close or gross.

Here is a Reminder About General Flu Precautions

Your health and well-being are of paramount importance to us, we encourage you to do the following to help you manage this challenging flu season and the potential impact of COVID-19:

•    Maintain good personal hygiene. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer if soap and water are not available.

•    Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth. Germs spread this way.

•    Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing; discard tissue immediately.

•    If you are feeling ill, use good judgment and stay home and recover  In addition to your own health, please consider your peers when coming into center.    The CDC recommends that people who have flu symptoms should stay home at least 24 hours after their fever is gone without the use of fever-reducing medicines or after symptoms have improved.

We have also included home workout routines for any of your off days
