It’s Coach Matt with Results Transformation Center.
2020 is drawing to a close and it’s been an “eventful” year to say the least.
Our business, and frankly the entire industry (and economy) has taken its share of bumps and bruises.
I hope by now you have been able to see our Results TC team’s commitment to delivering a safe and healthy experience to our fit fam.
Online, outdoor and indoor – your health is and always remains our top priority.
For almost 8 months we have operated our business with standards not found in any other business.
I could not be more proud of the RTC team and the fit fam for making such tremendous adaptations to protect each other and our community. The team has worked tirelessly, and I am forever grateful.
For the last 2-3 weeks we have finally been able to open most of our centers indoors. Except in Elk Grove.
As many of you already know, our story has been unfolded in the public eye.
First the Mayor and City Council blindsided all of the tenants in the Stoneake landing by working with the neighboring CNU on an aggressive plan to kick out all of the small businesses and reposition the center as a bio-medical complex long term. We don’t know if this will ever come to fruition, but the Mayor is a strong proponent and is campaigning with this story as the backdrop.
Sadly that left our team, in the middle of Covid-19 without a home.
For the last 30 Days we had found temporary refuge in the parking lot of a local small business.
The idea was to navigate another month or two outdoors while we find a suitable indoor home.
It’s been an interesting experience, including visits from the Elk Grove PD and code enforcement giving us multiple visits I am not sure if that just underscores “you cannot fight city hall” or if they just wanted to check out why we were so energetic and happy 🙂
We have spent countless hours working towards finding a suitable home, worthy of our Elk Grove fit fam!
With the current California and Sacramento county rules limiting gym occupancy to 10%, we know we need a much bigger and suitable home to house the best fit fam in the world.
I am really disappointed to say, despite our best efforts we have not yet landed permanent indoor space in the City of Elk Grove
While we are VERY EXCITED to announce the GRAND OPENING of a new 9,000 square feet center in Rancho Cordova, we continue to search for a permanent home in Elk Grove.
I know the day will come when we WILL find a new BIGGER and BETTER home in Elk Grove. In the meantime, after battling the air quality, visits by the code enforcement and measuring the impacts of the upcoming change in weather and move from daylight savings time we need to make a difficult decision and announcement.
Starting November 1st, we will conclude our outdoor training schedule at 2301 Longport Court in Elk Grove.
The mission and the movement will continue ONLINE or at your choice of one of our nearby locations.
Our final day of workouts in our Elk Grove outdoor site will be this Saturday October 31st.
While we are sad to put the Elk Grove outdoor workouts on hold, we are excited to invite you to continue your program with us at of our other indoor locations.
In the meantime we continue to evaluate our options to a permanent location in Elk Grove sometime soon.
Our nearby locations are all over 8,000 square feet and include auxiliary outdoor space so that (when weather and air quality permit) we can offer INDOOR and OUTDOOR workouts.
We believe our Fit Fam deserves a consistent experience with all of the tools, space and amenities you expect from Results TC.
We want to invite the entire Fit Fam to their choice of either online training at ResultsAnywhere.Club (featuring a bigger variety of your favoirite coaches) or in person training along with a special gift for transferring to the location of your choice.
We appreciate your steadfast support and while our real estate scenario during Covid-19 may be challenging, we know we are making the best choice for our team and fit fam under these circumstances.
