David first found Results in January of 2015. His focus has been on losing weight, and most importantly, restoring functionality after numerous surgical repairs! His MyZone name is “Tin Man” and is regarded as one of the most inspirational members at Sunrise! He got his nick name “Tin Man” from to all the screws, pins, rods, joint replacements and artificial heart valve in his body. He is proud of the name because it reminds him of who he was, who he is now, and how much he has accomplished! David is always positive, works HARD, is glad to help Fit Fam, and has become quite the runner!
David has a tremendous amount of patience and work ethic. He also is a chef by passion and is always offering up fantastic recipes to share with the Sunrise team and Fit Fam!! Yum!
