Our Member of the Month for Sparks RTC is Sheri Shimkowski! Sheri has been a member at Sparks for almost three years and has been an amazing part of the fit-fam here! She enjoys lifting heavy sh*t and doing it with a smile the whole way, even through her busy work schedule as an office manager. One of her biggest accomplishments is the fact that she has stuck to her goals and has maintained her 58-pound loss here at Results! Staying true to her word and sticking by her own favorite quote, “Don’t let who you were, talk you out of what you are becoming”.
Sheri has been a great example of simply trying to be a better version of herself than who she was yesterday. You can catch Sheri at Sparks Results at 4pm Monday-Friday!
